BOOKING RULES

A booked time must be cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance, otherwise the booking is payable. If you cancel 2 hours of play, you must cancel 48 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel three hours, it is 72 hours before, and so on. This also applies to companies – i.e. if a company / tennis school has several hours booked, they count as one player.

Cancellations are most easily made via MATCHi or by contacting reception on 08 619 00 10 – we do not accept cancellations by email.

The person in whose name the booking is made is responsible for the court and the tennis equipment.
This includes:

• Not playing in shoes that leave marks on the court and not bringing outdoor shoes onto the court
• Not bringing glass bottles, coffee or china onto the court
• Promptly wiping up any spilled liquid on the court
• Taking care of the court surface and not hitting the racket against the court
• Not spitting or throwing snus on the court
• Not hanging on or otherwise putting weight on the tennis nets other than as intended
• Notifying tennis reception of any damage that occurs.       If damage has occurred to the court or equipment, it is the booker's responsibility to restore or replace it and compensate STAB for the damage.
